The object of the game is to collect all 8 gold coins and exit the board.

To win, players must navigate their pirate ship around the triangular board, avoid obstacles, and collect coins. The game can be played with 2-4 players.

Pirate ships can move clockwise or counterclockwise around the board. Players can only move their pirate ship in the direction their pawn is facing. To move the pirate ship, players must first turn their pawn to face the desired direction and then pick up the pirate ship.

Players can either move one space at a time or they can "pirate" which allows them to move two spaces at a time. If a player lands on an opponent's pawn, they must "walk the plank." This means that they must exchange places with their opponent's pawn and then go back to start.

If a player lands on a coin, they must take the coin and then continue moving. If a player lands on an obstacle, they must immediately stop moving and cannot take any more turns until their next turn. The only exception is if a player lands on another player's pirate ship, in which case both players must exchange places and then go back to start.
